Open daily from 10:00 am to late. The bar tenders at manifesto like to mixing it up every which way they can dream.  They take a classic favorite and then add a sprinkling of something extraordinary to create cocktails with a distinctive devilish twist. Sample of cocktails from the menu: • Thailander - fresh lime muddled with brown sugar. shaken with stoli pepper and lime infused vodka garnished with a chili pepper. • Belgium White Chocolate Waffle Martini - Belgium white chocolate infused vodka, vanilla spiced vodka and white crème de cacao. • Mulata - Bacardi 8 year old rum, crème de cacao and fresh lemon juice over crushed ice.
