  Dinner service is every evening of the week from 6pm to 11 pm.

For the wine connoisseur there is an extensive range of old and new world wines on offer, available by glass or bottle.

For those special occasions we prepare menus tailored to your event, from a 3-course meal to an 8-course degustation menu that is paired with wines and ports.

Centrally located and very close to the Hilton, Ritz-Carlton, Equatorial, Four Seasons, Garden-Okura, Jing Jiang, JC Mandarin and City Hotel; near to the entry / exit from the elevated highway and easily accessible at all times of the day.

• rare seared tuna tataki, fresh mint, daikon & papaya salad with truffled apple relish
• seared foie gras, baby mango cheeks, fig brioche, aged balsamic & raspberry glaze
• grilled veal chop, mustard crushed potatoes & artichoke with green olive caponata, mandarin port wine glaze
• roast lamb rump, sautéed lemon spinach, garlic creamed mash & fresh mint pesto
